Work
I design the systems behind creative businesses, and I run them.
A few examples of how I keep clients, freelancers, and feedback moving.
About
Hi, I'm Andrea.
I've spent about five years working remotely with marketing and creative agencies, running operations, client communication, and project management for small teams. I studied mass communication, with specializations in marketing and corporate communications, and I use both every day: clear client updates, tight handoffs, and systems people actually use. I'm based in Spain and work with remote teams across time zones.
Case study
100+ requests, each with a turnaround within 24 hours
A small agency managed a client's website under a year long agreement. The client sent feedback and update requests throughout the year, from copy changes to small fixes.
Set up one process for every request: logged in one place, assigned an owner, and delivered back to the client within 24 hours.
100+ requests handled over the course of the year, each turned around within 24 hours.
Fast turnaround comes from a process that runs the same way every time, not from working harder when things pile up.
What's behind it
Systems I've built
5to8
Hours saved per week
Status chasing
Project management in ClickUp and Notion: task ownership, handoffs, and follow ups, designed end to end.
3to4
Hours saved per feedback round
Client feedback
Website feedback with Bugherd: clients comment directly on the page with a screenshot, so nobody has to ask what they meant.
10
Minutes to set up a new client
Client folders
Every new client gets a shared drive with the same structure. Any file findable in under a minute.
Working together
I work as an operations partner. I build the system, then keep it running: client hubs, freelancer coordination, approvals, client updates, and SOPs.
A short call first, then a defined monthly package with included tasks and hours.
